Placing Orders, Buying Goods and/or Services
Orders can be made online at times that are convenient for you. However please note that orders will only be processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Carahealth reserves the right to refuse the use of, to sell or supply goods and services to any person or company for any reason.

Online offers and promotions are generally not available in our stores unless otherwise indicated. Store offers and promotions are not generally available online unless otherwise indicated. Discounted products cannot be further discounted by using a discount promotion or code or otherwise.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT (if chargeable) at the applicable rate. Delivery charges if applicable are not included. If you are purchasing with a non-euro credit card the exchange rate shown on your statement is set by your card provider and not by Carahealth. Carahealth reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to withdraw from sale any products advertised online at any stage without prior notification.

You are responsible for ensuring that your login, password and all other details in relation to your account are correct and remain confidential at all times.
We use a number of regional shipping agents, postal services and courier companies, therefore all our shipping rates are calculated through the shop checkout feature, by clicking the “I agree with terms and conditions tickbox” you are confirming the country and or zone and agreeing to the displayed shipping rate.
We will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of receipt of your order, once the item is in stock. Deliveries within Ireland are mostly delivered 5 – 8 days after dispatch though please allow 8 working days after you receive your email dispatch notification.
Cancelling Orders & Returns

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; if we do not deliver to your area; or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Carahealth will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, failure of third parties systems or networks acts of God, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster civil unrest, cyber crime, acts of terrorism deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or damage to or destruction of premises.
Carahealth does not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise as a result of the use or the use and purchase of goods and services from this website or from reliance on information contained on this website or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence. This does not include or limit in any way our liability for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
You agree and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts for the determination of any disputes.

Carahealth Data Protection Policy
Carahealth collects details provided by you such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone numbers, this allows us to provide our sales and delivery service and to notify you of the status of your order. At no time do any staff of Carahealth have access to your credit card numbers.
